Important ! Please read before completing form.

1. We need you to provide specific dates and number of people in your group in order to properly plan and accommodate your needs.  If the number of people in your group changes, or your arrival or departure date needs to change, please advise us with a minimum of 3 days advance notice (preferably one week).  Please use the "comments" box in the form below to change or cancel reservations.

2. For Lodge, please indicate on the reservation form, your exact needs for the sleeping arrangements. The bunk room has 3 single bunks.  In addition, the main room has two single beds plus a single futon.  If you require additional sleeping facilities, you will need to bring your own sleeping bags or similar.  The Lodge rate of $100 per night for the first 3 people and $15 per each additional person (and kids) applies. 

PLEASE! - Make your reservations at least one week in advance.  If for some reason you can't, please check with us to see if we will be able to accommodate your needs, which we will always try to do. 

3. OUT OF STATE GUESTS:  For fishing and Lodge reservations a $50 deposit is required and must be received before you will be placed on the schedule.  The deposit is refundable only if you must cancel and provide a minimum of 5 days notice.  Mail your deposit to:  MLGA, 686 County Road 120, Walsenburg, CO 81089

Fishing and Lodge rates:

Adult Fishing - $125 Daily, $150 on weekends
Kids under age 13 - $75
Lodge - $100 per night (up to 3 people, add $15 for each additional person
